Superb! Exceptional! Best move ever - and we've had many. Everything about Robb & Messer's handling of our move from California to Illinois was superb. Scott provided the estimate in a fraction of the time of other large companies and his expertise and courtesy eliminated much of the stress in our complicated move. Marcus supervised the loading, and not only got it done in record time, but seemed happy to do it! Scott rescued us when a delay in closing on our new property required finding a storage location for unloading, and arranged for a great team to load again and deliver. The unloading, which went fast and smoothly, was supervised by Tito, the most sincere, courteous guy ever. He saw to it that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it, and even took time to point out uneven flooring and stabilize tall bookcases. As Tito checked off numbered boxes, Chris, Dave, Nathan and Demetri moved as an efficient and courteous team, smiling and welcoming us to their part of the country the whole time. Everything arrived, all in perfect condition and on schedule. I've sworn this is my last move, but I'll be recommending Robb & Messer forever. Thanks, guys!

Robb & Messer has been absolutely amazing! They packed everything with care and loaded everything with the same care! I can’t say enough good things about them and the level of amazing service they have provided so far! Highly recommend this company for any and all moving needs! I’ve recommended them to several friends already. Great service, great value and simply great/professional! Would use them again in a heartbeat! :)

Big thank you to Scott and Luis for helping me with a quick turnaround move in April from Los Angeles to Chicago! I had to move cross country on short-notice during the middle of April 2020. I spoke with Scott multiple times before confirming with Rob & Messer and he was incredibly gracious taking time to speak with me after business hours when I was available to speak on the phone. The guys showed up on move-out day 15 minutes before the scheduled time window (WOOHOO) and it was quick and easy. They facilitated a transfer at their warehouse to an Allied Van Lines truck headed to Chicago and everything got to my new house on time and in perfect condition. Using a moving company for the first time, not to mention for a cross country move in the middle of a pandemic, Scott and Luis were extremely helpful and made the whole process wonderfully easy. Thank you guys so much, highly recommend to everyone considering Robb & Messer!

We called Robb & Messer because of their 5.0 ratings, which was one of our all time best decisions! From the moment that Dave Robb picked up the phone until last week, when we called to say that our unpacking was completed with zero breakage, we've been completely satisfied. Every element of the moving process was completed on time, including the final delivery from Santa Rosa to Indian Wells on April 8th during the current crisis.

I recently moved from the Bay Area to Los Angeles and hired Robb & Messer to get all my stuff out of my large house and into my not so large apartment.
They were courteous, fast and more careful with my own things than I was.
They showed up on time, got everything into the truck in no time and then showed up on time again the next day and got everything into my new place in less time than I could have ever predicted.
Everyone who works with them is an utter professional and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a mover.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I recently relocated my late Mother's furniture and belongings from Northern to Southern California and used Robb & Messer for the move. Randy came to her home and prepared the estimate and was very thorough and helpful. Luis coordinated the move and put together an awesome group of guys for the move. They were on time, came completely prepared, packed my Mom's china sets (3) so carefully. When everything was delivered, there was absolutely no damage or anything broken, which was amazing! They also removed items from our home and made to separate deliveries to our kids, again, no damage or any problems. Ron and Mike were our movers here and they were so great, helpful and willing to move things around for me, I would highly recommend them to anyone having to move!
